I) Compliance Terms & Conditions of Sales

Purchase order issue to us in respect of the said quotation, mean the buyer has agreed to comply with the Terms & Conditions of Sales. AVL Global Partner Sdn. Bhd, reserve the right to reject any Purchase order which has not comply to the Terms & Conditions as indicated in the said quotation or with additional Terms & Conditions set by the customers without prior consent of AVL Global Partner Sdn. Bhd

II) Terms of Payment

Pre-Payment (without open credit facility)

Pre-payment or cash-on-delivery is required from customers without an open account with AVL Global Partner Sdn. Bhd.

Deposit for Non-Stock or Special Item

For non-stock items or special item which has to be imported, a 60% MARGINAL DEPOSIT is required from all customers.

III).Transportation Charges

The prices listed here do not include delivery charges for outstation consumers. Unless stated otherwise, this arrangement applies.

IV). Outstation Delivery & Charges

Price with Delivery Charges

AVL Global Partner Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to choose a transport company nearest to its warehouse if no indication of a preferred name of the transportation company is provided by the customers in writing.

Price without Delivery Charges

All orders to outstation customers will be shipped on a collect basis. Customers must guarantee that freight charges are paid from their end.

V).Delivery Period

Delivery (wherever possible, is subjected to stock availability) will be made within 2 (TWO) WEEKS for customers within Klang Valley/ PJ Area. For outstation customers, a minimum of 3 WEEKS are required. For non-stock items, delivery period will be as per our quotation.

VI).Loss or Damage of Goods on Transit

AVL Global Partner shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to goods while in transit to the customer's warehouse. As a result, all clients are encouraged to fully insure their orders. If any damage occurs when receiving products from a transport business, complaints or claims must be directed to the company.

AVL Global Partner Sdn Bhd, will ensure that all goods leaving our warehouse are properly checked and adequately packed before leaving.    

VII).Stock return

No goods can be returned without prior consent from AVL Global Partner Sdn Bhd. All returns of items due to defects or stock must be informed to AVL Global Partner Sdn Bhd. before being returned. No returns are permitted for special imported equipment. A 15% SURCHARGE will be levied for stock products returned without a legitimate cause or after the approval period of three days after delivery has been accepted.
